A Raya to Remember with Sun Life Malaysia
Together in Celebration: Sun Lifers Embrace Mutiara Aidilfitri

Continuing on a month of Hari Raya festive celebrations in April, Sun Life Malaysia kicked off the Hari Raya festivities with Sun Lifers’ Mutiara Aidilfitri 2025 on 10 April — a vibrant open house dedicated to our dearest Sun Lifers.

Hosted at M Floor and Level 1 Carpark, Sun Lifers were treated to a variety of traditional delights, lovingly prepared and served by different divisions, in a celebration that blended culture, community, and sustainability. The celebration began with an energetic performance by the Client & Digital Office, followed by a warm Hari Raya address by Raymond Lew, our President and Country Head.

The atmosphere was filled with laughter and camaraderie as MCM members judged the best-decorated stalls — with the COO’s Office emerging as the winner, followed by Distribution & Marketing in second place, and a collaborative effort from the CEO’s Office, SLMT, Human Resources, and Legal & Company Secretarial taking third place.

This occasion was more than just a celebration; it was a meaningful gathering that strengthened bonds and reflected Sun Life’s commitment to promoting a bolder and inclusive culture.

The celebration kicked off with a lively opening speech from Raymond Lew, followed by his heartfelt ‘pantun’ recital. The event was filled with engaging moments — from dynamic performances by the Client & Digital Office team to prize presentations and cheerful crowd interactions that kept the energy high throughout.

The festivities ended on a warm note with the presentation of ‘duit raya’ by Raymond Lew, Irina Lim and Alvis Wee, wrapping up a truly memorable evening of connection and celebration.
