Mortgage Protection Privileges – Complimentary Benefits Campaign

Sign up for our Participating Product(s) and enjoy the following complimentary benefits for 3 years from the certificate commencement date:
  1. Overseas accidental death/TPD benefit - additional 100% of sum assured/covered under the basic plan will be payable to the master policy owner/contract holder if the life assured/person covered dies/suffers TPD due to accident in overseas.
  2. Critical illness benefit - additional RM50,000 will be payable to the master policy owner/contract holder if the life assured/person covered is diagnosed with any of the covered critical illnesses.
  3. Accidental daily hospital income benefit - daily allowance of RM200 will be payable to the certificate owner for each day the life assured/person covered is hospitalised due to an accident.

Important Notes
  1. The complimentary benefits are time-limited and shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the certificate commencement date, after which such benefits shall automatically cease. Upon surrender, cancellation, or termination of the certificate, all complimentary benefits shall immediately cease. 
  2. Campaign eligibility is subject to the proposal/application being signed within the Campaign Period and the certificate being issued and remaining in force, in accordance with the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
  3. The complimentary benefits are subject to applicable exclusion, waiting periods as set out in the Campaign Terms and Conditions and policy document.
  4. The benefit(s) payable under eligible certificate/policy/contract is(are) protected by PIDM up to limits. Please refer to PIDM’s Takaful and Insurance Benefits Protection System (TIPS) Brochure or contact Sun Life Malaysia Assurance Berhad or PIDM (visit www.pidm.gov.my).
