Partnership Distribution & Marketing Townhall 2026
On 19 January, the Partnership Distribution & Marketing Kickoff was held at M Floor, bringing teams together to align priorities and set the direction for the year ahead.
The session opened with remarks from our President & Country Head, Ho Teck Seng, who introduced the year’s theme, Transform to Win. His address set the tone for a strong focus on transformation, performance, and execution in 2026. This was followed by a presentation from our CDMO, Alvis Wee, who shared insights on Transforming from Legacy to Leading Edge, highlighting the key shifts required to support sustainable growth.
Throughout the townhall, department heads and leaders shared business updates, strategic priorities, and execution plans. These discussions reinforced alignment across teams and provided clarity on shared goals as we move forward together into the year ahead.
Partnership Distribution & Marketing Team Building 2026
On 20 January, 80 Sun Lifers from the Partnership Distribution & Marketing team came together for a team building session at Monkeys Canopy Resort, designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, and team spirit for the year ahead.
The event was led by our CDMO, Alvis Wee, who set the tone for a focus on teamwork, resilience, and shared purpose. Department heads, leaders, and senior managers participated in a series of group challenges, including Esports Virtual Arenas (EVA), Conquer and Splash, and rock climbing which encouraged problem-solving, creativity, and team collaboration in a fun and engaging environment.
The day concluded with a team dinner, joined by our President & Country Head, Ho Teck Seng, and a prize-giving ceremony recognising both participation and collective effort. The experience reinforced the importance of working together, building stronger connections across the team, and fueling momentum for the year ahead.
