As part of our ongoing mission to boost financial literacy through the InsureLit Campaign, we continued the journey across universities, engaging students at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Serdang and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) KL Campus in October and November 2025. The sessions brought financial literacy to life through a blend of practical learning, wellness awareness and interactive experiences.
Across both campuses, students took part in hands-on activities such as the InsureLit board game, which helped simplify concepts around earning, saving, spending and protection. Complementing the learning were wellness activities including healthy snack demonstrations and health checks, reinforcing the link between financial well-being and overall health. Students also benefited from insights shared by respected finance content creators and educators, who offered practical guidance on managing money, understanding insurance and takaful, and planning for the future.
With UKM KL marking the final campus for the year, the InsureLit Youth Programme reached over 800 students across five universities in the Klang Valley, reflecting Sun Life Malaysia’s ongoing commitment to equipping young Malaysians with the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions.
